 Alpaca Kapchy was born in 2012 from the initiative of a young couple driven by their love for art and for Peru. From the beginning, our greatest commitment and joy has been to support the talent of Peruvian artisans — especially women who sustain their homes with dedication, creativity, and strength.

We transform this purpose into reality through the ancient art of felting, creating high-quality handmade pieces that reflect the heart and culture of Peru. Each product carries the essence of the artisan who made it — unique, special, and full of history.

Design and use a Kardex system for a better development of internal operational activities.

Increase the percentage of retail sales in online distribution channels.

Consolidation and optimization of the design shop, improving efficiency and quality in production.

Coming Projects 2025 – 2027

The opening of our new online store specializing in pet figurines, with the goal of increasing retail sales by 25% in the coming months.

Expansion of the production workshop: To optimize workspaces and improve efficiency and quality in each production process.

Creation of a new line of alpaca accessories under the Alpaca Kapchy brand, with the aim of diversifying the offering and seizing greater market opportunities.

Improvement of the internal ORDERS system in order to strengthen production management, enabling more precise control of progress and labor times.
